Hey — I’m Adam Rockwell. I write from the Oregon Coast, where the sea fog is thick, the tsunamis are hypothetical (so far), and the agates are elusive but satisfying.
Here’s what goes on around here:
✏️ Short essays, photos, and daily dispatches from my writing life. Think: weird weather, half-eaten snacks, and the occasional existential reflection.
📚 Fiction updates and serialized stories, like The Unexpected Exorcist (available now on Kindle & paperback — here’s the link) and my new novel-in-progress, EELS!, which contains more sea-based horror than NOAA would probably endorse.
☔️ Most weekends you’ll find me wandering the beach, looking for agates and pretending I don’t own an umbrella (because this is Oregon, and we’ve all agreed to just be wet forever).
If you like writerly ramblings, quiet oddities, and coastal nonsense, you’re in the right place.
Thanks for being here.
